In case of a dispute with a cohabiting family member, their income is not taken into account for admission purposes. For criminal proceedings, the limit is increased by 1,032.91 euros for each cohabiting family member. The lawyer′s fee and legal expenses, as well as the court costs, will be determined by the judge at the end of the trial and charged to the State.
